How do I get to the ReLeaf Center?
The ReLeaf Center is located at 9400 E. McNelly Rd., Bentonville, Arkansas 72712.
If traveling south, from Missouri, take a left at the McNelly light off of I-49/US-71.
How do I get a Medical Marijuana Card?
There are several Medical Marijuana Doctors available in North West Arkansas. Ultimately, it’s the patients choice. To locate a doctor, visit https://weedmaps.com/doctors/

How do I place an order for Delivery?
1) Place an order online at www.releafcenternwa.com/order-now or leafly.com OR call in your order at 479-488-2054.
2) If ordering online for delivery, once you receive text notification that your order is ready for pickup, just text back that you’d like delivery.
3) You will then be asked to verify your address on file. Upon verifying your information, we will then provide you an ETA & total for your order.
Please be advised of FAQ’s/other relevant information regarding our delivery service:
-Minimum order for delivery is $50
-The delivery fee is $5 within the first 5 miles. Then $15 beyond that..
-Our current delivery radius is a maximum of 40 miles (Covers Bella Vista, Bentonville, Centerton, Pea Ridge, Rogers, Springdale, Lowell, Cave Springs, Fayetteville, and other surrounding areas.)
-We currently offer delivery Monday-Saturday ONLY (No Delivery on Sunday)
-Due to a surge in demand, and limited capacity on each daily route, we do recommend placing your delivery request as soon after we open as possible. We encourage delivery orders to be submitted before 11:00am to ensure your likelihood of securing a spot on that day’s route. *Any orders submitted after 11:00am for delivery will likely not be able to be delivered due to our limited capacity and such high demand.
-We currently only offer same day delivery. We are only allowed to deliver to a patient’s home (must be address listed on the registered patient Mmj card.)
-We are prohibited from meeting anywhere except for a patient’s residence for delivery.
-Upon arrival, please ensure the card holding patient receives the order. We are only allowed to deliver to the cardholding patient. Please present registered Mmj patient card upon arrival.
- Payment will be received upon delivery. We accept cash OR debit (cashless option).
-We are prohibited from delivering to Out-of-State patients.

Releaf Rewards! ( loyalty Points ) are accumulated with every purchase, $1 = 1 loyalty point. Once you reach 1000 loyalty points you can redeem 10% off the purchase of your choice. ( only 1000 points can be used per transaction )

What information do I need to bring with me to The ReLeaf Center?
State issued Registered Patient or Caregiver MMJ Card as well as Government Issued ID.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash (ATM on site) & Debit card.
Can I use medical marijuana anywhere in Arkansas?
No. Using medical cannabis is prohibited in a school bus, on the grounds of any preschool or primary or secondary school, in any correctional facility, in any motor vehicle, in a private residence used at any time to provide licensed child care or other similar social service care on the premises and in any public place where an individual could reasonably be expected to be observed by others. A public place includes all parts of buildings owned in a whole or in part, or leased, by the state or local unit of government. A public place does not include a private residence unless the private residence is used to provide licensed child care, foster care or other similar social service care on the premises. Using medical marijuana is also prohibited in a health care facility or any other place where smoking is prohibited by the Clean Indoor Air Act of 2006 and knowingly in close physical proximity to anyone under the age of 18.
Are registry identification cards from other state medical marijuana programs valid in Arkansas?
A visiting qualifying patient may obtain marijuana from a dispensary with approval as a visiting patient.

A visiting patient application is $50.00 (non-refundable). If approved, a visiting patient may purchase medical marijuana in Arkansas for a 30-day period, per application.
I have one of the debilitating medical conditions, am I automatically a qualified patient?
An official physician written certification must be obtained from a medical physician and submitted with the application.
How much medical marijuana may I possess as a qualified registered patient?
Qualified registered patients are allowed to purchase up to 2.5 ounces from a dispensary every 14 days.
