    The ReLeaf Center is located at 9400 E. McNelly Rd., Bentonville, Arkansas 72712. If traveling north, up from the Bentonville/Rogers area, follow I-49/US-71 until you reach the McNelly traffic light, and turn right. Follow McNelly Road for 3.7 miles.   • Where is the best place to place an order?

  • How do I place an order for Delivery?
    1) Place an order online through us, leafly.com, OR call in your order at 479-488-2054. 2) If ordering online for delivery, once you receive a text notification that your order is ready for pickup, just text back that you’d like delivery. 3) You will then be asked to verify your address on file. Upon verifying your information, we will then provide you an ETA & total for your order.
  • Important Information About Our Delivery Service
    Minimum Order: $50 is the minimum order amount for delivery. Delivery Fee: Within the first 10 miles, the delivery fee is $5. Beyond 10 miles, it's $15. The fee is waived for orders over $300! Delivery Radius: We deliver within a 40-mile radius, covering areas like Bella Vista, Bentonville, Centerton, Pea Ridge, Rogers, Springdale, Lowell, Cave Springs, Fayetteville, and nearby locations. Delivery Days: Our delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday only; there is no delivery service on Sundays. Order Early: Due to high demand and limited capacity, We encourage delivery orders to be submitted before 11:00am to ensure your likelihood of securing a spot on that day’s route. *Any orders submitted after 11:00am for delivery will likely not be able to be delivered due to our limited capacity and such high demand. Same-Day Delivery: We offer same-day delivery exclusively. Deliveries can only be made to the patient's home, which must be the address listed on the registered patient MMJ card. Delivery Location: We can only meet at the patient's residence for delivery. Receiving Orders: Please ensure that the cardholding patient is present to receive the order. We are only authorized to deliver to the registered MMJ patient. Presentation of the registered MMJ patient card is required upon delivery. Restrictions: We are not permitted to deliver to out-of-state patients. Payment: Payment is collected upon delivery, and we accept both cash and debit (cashless option, requires a cell phone).
  • How do I get a Medical Marijuana Card?
    Check if you qualify: Ensure you have a qualifying medical condition as defined by the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH). Get a physician's certification: Schedule an appointment with a physician registered with the ADH. If they determine you have a qualifying condition, they'll provide a written certification. Complete the application: Visit the ADH website to complete the patient application. You'll need the physician's certification, a valid Arkansas driver's license or ID, and proof of Arkansas residency. Pay the fee: There's an application fee of $50; make sure to submit payment. Wait for approval: The ADH will review your application and, if approved, will issue your Medical Marijuana Card. It can take up to 14 days to process. There are several Medical Marijuana Doctors available in North West Arkansas. Ultimately, it’s the patient's choice.     Releaf Rewards - Loyalty Points For every pre-tax $1 spent, you earn 1 loyalty point. When you accumulate 1000 loyalty points, you can redeem them for a 10% discount on a purchase of your choice.     Cash Debit ATM on site. *We have resumed our pin debit terminals at the register! Please be aware that we can not process Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Credit Cards at this moment.
  • Are MMJ cards from other state medical marijuana programs valid in Arkansas?
    Yes, visiting qualifying patients can use their MMJ cards from other state medical marijuana programs in Arkansas. To do so, they need to complete a visiting patient application, which costs $50 and, if approved, allows them to purchase medical marijuana in Arkansas for a 30-day period per application. If approved, a visiting patient may purchase medical marijuana in Arkansas for a 30-day period, per application.
  • How much medical marijuana may I possess as a qualified registered patient?
    Qualified registered patients are allowed to purchase up to 2.5 ounces (70.87g) from a dispensary every 14 days.
  • Can I use medical marijuana anywhere in Arkansas?
    No. Using medical cannabis is prohibited in a school bus, on the grounds of any preschool or primary or secondary school, in any correctional facility, in any motor vehicle, in a private residence used at any time to provide licensed child care or other similar social service care on the premises and in any public place where an individual could reasonably be expected to be observed by others. A public place includes all parts of buildings owned in a whole or in part, or leased, by the state or local unit of government. A public place does not include a private residence unless the private residence is used to provide licensed child care, foster care, or other similar social service care on the premises. Using medical marijuana is also prohibited in a health care facility or any other place where smoking is prohibited by the Clean Indoor Air Act of 2006 and knowingly in close physical proximity to anyone under the age of 18.
